I am Audrey Uchimoto, a certified sound practitioner and the founder of Sound Baths by Aud. My work focuses on helping people access a calmer, clearer, and more grounded state through sound.

Sound has the ability to influence both the physical body and the parts of our internal experience that can be difficult to put into words. My approach brings together training, intuition, and lived experience to create an environment where the nervous system can soften, the mind can quiet, and the body can return to a greater sense of balance.

My Journey

My connection to sound began through my own experience of discovering how profoundly the nervous system can shape the way we feel, think, and move through the world.

Sound became a way for me to shift my internal state in a way that felt tangible. Through vibration, rhythm, and resonance, I experienced what it was like to move out of constant mental activity and into a deeper sense of presence within my body.

That experience stayed with me and eventually led me to study sound more deeply and become a certified sound practitioner.

Today, my sessions are informed by both my professional training and the understanding that comes from experiencing this work personally. I aim to create spaces that feel grounded, thoughtful, and deeply supportive without forcing a particular experience or outcome.

My Approach

My work supports the whole person.

Sound can help calm the nervous system, quiet mental noise, ease emotional tension, and create a greater sense of internal coherence. Rather than following a rigid formula, I guide each session in real time, responding to the energy and needs of the people in the room.

Nothing is forced. The body leads and the sound follows.

My role is to create a steady, intentional environment where there is space to unwind, reconnect, and return to a more grounded baseline.

Why Sound

Sound is unique because we do not only hear it, we experience it physically.

Vibration and resonance can offer the mind something to rest into while giving the body an opportunity to slow down and settle. For many people, this creates a sense of spaciousness that can be difficult to access in everyday life.

My intention is simple: to create a space where the body can soften, the mind can rest, and people can reconnect with themselves in a way that feels grounded, accessible, and sustainable.
