I am Audrey Uchimoto, a sound practitioner and the founder of Sound Baths by Aud. My work focuses on helping people access a calmer, clearer, and more regulated state through sound. Sound influences both the physical body and the deeper layers we often cannot articulate. My approach blends scientific understanding with lived experience, allowing the system to soften, integrate, and return to balance.
My Journey
In 2017, I survived the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting. That moment reshaped how I understood trauma, the nervous system, and what it means to rebuild safety inside the body. Sound became central to my healing. Through vibration, I found a way to regulate my system, shift my internal state, and reconnect with myself in a real and measurable way. That experience is what led me into this work.
My sessions reflect both my training and the insight that comes from lived experience. They are grounded, clear, and designed to support the body’s natural ability to recalibrate.
My Approach
My work supports the whole person. Sound helps calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, ease emotional tension, and strengthen overall coherence. Each session is guided in real time based on what the moment calls for. Nothing is forced. The body leads and the sound follows.
My role is to create a steady, coherent environment where the system can unwind, reorganize, and return to a more grounded baseline.
Why Sound
Sound is effective because it works at multiple levels at once. It supports physiological regulation, emotional ease, mental clarity, and a deeper sense of internal alignment.
My intention is to offer a space where the body feels safe, the mind can rest, and people can reconnect with themselves in a grounded, accessible, and sustainable way.
