Join us for a 60-minute immersive sound bath designed to help the body shift out of the stress and stimulation of daily life and into a more grounded, regulated state.

Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other overtone-rich instruments, the experience is built around sustained tone, resonance, and layered sound. As the body begins to settle, mental activity can quiet, tension can soften, and a greater sense of spaciousness and ease can emerge.

Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably and simply receive the experience. No prior experience is needed, and there is nothing to achieve or perform.

This is a carefully structured and immersive experience designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and a meaningful internal reset.
