Full Moon Sound Bath
Saturday, June 27 | 6:00–7:00 PM
Location: Engage Art Studio
Address: 1005 N Gravel Pike, Schwenksville, PA 19473
Join Sound Practitioner Audrey Uchimoto of Sound Baths by Aud for a deeply immersive Full Moon Sound Bath designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and internal reset.
The full moon is often associated with heightened emotion, reflection, and release. Through steady, coherent sound, this session creates space to slow down, clear mental noise, and reconnect to a more grounded and balanced internal state.
Using overtone rich instruments including crystal singing bowls, gong, and chimes, Audrey guides participants through a structured sound experience that works directly on the body through vibration and resonance. As brain activity slows and the nervous system shifts into a parasympathetic state, the body has greater access to rest, integration, and emotional processing.
This session may support:
• Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
• Release of stress and physical tension
• Mental clarity and emotional reset
• A greater sense of calm, balance, and internal coherence
No experience is necessary. Simply lie down or sit comfortably and receive.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat required. Pillow and blanket recommended for comfort.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle into the space.
Investment: $38
What Is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses frequency and vibration to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and restore internal balance.
During a sound bath, participants are immersed in sustained tones from instruments such as crystal singing bowls and gongs. These frequencies help quiet mental activity and guide the body into a deeply restorative state associated with relaxation, recovery, and emotional processing. Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded after a session.

What is a Sound Bath?
During a sound bath, participants are immersed in soothing tones from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments. These frequencies gently slow brainwaves, allowing the body to enter a deep parasympathetic state, where healing, integration, and emotional processing can occur. Most leave feeling more grounded, clear, and calm—even after just one session.
