Sound Bath

Sunday, January 17 | 6:00 to 7:00 PM
Engage Art Studio
1005 N Gravel Pike, Schwenksville, PA 19473

Join sound practitioner Audrey Uchimoto for a deeply immersive 60-minute sound bath designed to help the body shift out of the stress and stimulation of daily life and into a more grounded, regulated state.

Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other overtone-rich instruments, the experience is built around sustained tone, resonance, and layered sound. As the body begins to settle, mental activity can quiet, tension can soften, and a greater sense of spaciousness and ease can emerge.

Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably and simply receive the experience. No prior experience is needed, and there is nothing to achieve or perform.

Rather than serving as background sound, this is a carefully structured and immersive experience designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and a meaningful internal reset.

What to Expect

Immersed in the layered resonance of crystal singing bowls and gongs, you will be guided through a grounding sonic journey that supports:

  • Release of emotional stress

  • Relief from physical tension

  • Nervous system regulation and deep relaxation

  • Quieting of mental noise

  • Space for reflection and renewal

  • A restored sense of clarity, balance, and connection

Whether you are new to sound baths or returning to deepen your practice, this session offers a calm and supportive environment to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and return to a greater sense of clarity, balance, and ease.

What Is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is an immersive experience that uses sound, vibration, and resonance to promote relaxation, quiet the mind, and support emotional well-being. Immersed in sound, the nervous system is invited to soften, allowing the body to shift into a more restorative state and return toward balance.

How It Works

Through tone, vibration, and resonance, the body is gently invited out of a stress response and into a state of rest. These immersive sound experiences can support relaxation, parasympathetic activation, emotional processing, and a greater sense of calm and presence.

What You May Experience

Each sound bath is unique. Participants commonly report deep relaxation, mental quiet, reduced stress, gentle waves of sensation, emotional release, and a greater sense of inner peace. Every experience is different, and each person responds in their own way.

Each sound bath creates space for deep rest, reflection, and emotional well-being. Participants often leave feeling calmer, more grounded, mentally clear, and better able to navigate stress.
