Sound Bath

Join us for a Sound Bath, a deeply immersive experience to quiet the mind, open the heart, and embark on a journey of deep reflection, balance, and inner peace. Guided by Audrey Uchimoto, a certified Sound Practitioner, this experience weaves the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments to create a unique blend of harmonic and binaural tones. These therapeutic frequencies align energy and brain waves, creating a meditative space where spiritual insight unfolds and connection with our higher selves deepens.

To make sure you don't miss a moment of this blissful experience, arrive at least 10 minutes early to set up your space.

What To Bring: Please bring with you a yoga mat. A pillow and blanket are also recommended.

Location: Park Avenue Community Center (PAC Center)

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses frequency and vibration to regulate the nervous system, relieve stress, and restore inner balance.

What is a Sound Bath?

During a sound bath, participants are immersed in soothing tones from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments. These frequencies gently slow brainwaves, allowing the body to enter a deep parasympathetic state, where healing, integration, and emotional processing can occur. Most leave feeling more grounded, clear, and calm—even after just one session.
