Main Line Health Integrative Therapies Symposium Pre-Conference Sound Bath
The Desmond Hotel, Malvern, PA
Thursday, November 12, 2026
8:30 to 9:30 PM
Join Sound Baths by Aud for a deeply restorative 60-minute sound bath offered exclusively for attendees of the Main Line Health Integrative Therapies Symposium.
Designed to provide a meaningful pause before the symposium begins, this immersive experience invites the body to shift out of the stress and stimulation of daily life and into a more grounded, regulated state.
Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other overtone-rich instruments, sound practitioner Audrey Uchimoto creates a carefully structured soundscape built around sustained tone, resonance, and vibration. As the body begins to settle, mental activity can quiet, tension can soften, and a greater sense of spaciousness and ease can emerge.
Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably and simply receive the experience. No prior experience with sound healing or meditation is needed, and there is nothing to achieve or perform.
This session offers healthcare professionals an opportunity to experience integrative wellness firsthand while creating space for deep rest, nervous system regulation, and a meaningful internal reset before the following day’s symposium.
What to Bring
Yoga mat if you would like to lie down during the session.
Pillow and blanket recommended for additional comfort.
Participants are also welcome to experience the sound bath seated in a chair.
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to settle in.
